FUT Snatcher automates actions on the EA SPORTS FC Ultimate Team Transfer Market. Automation breaks EA's terms of use. EA can restrict your transfer market access, reset your club or ban your account. FUT Snatcher has safety limits that you control, but it cannot prevent this. You use it at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any action EA takes against your account.

Your account
You need a confirmed email address to log in to the website and to sign in to the app. Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what's done with your account. We can switch off accounts that are misused, for example accounts created to collect referral rewards.
Subscriptions
Plans are paid monthly or yearly on Whop or Patreon and renew until you cancel there. Your plan is linked to your FUT Snatcher account by email, so pay with the same email you confirmed. When you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow the rules of the platform you paid on. Profit is never guaranteed: the market, your coins and your settings decide the results.
Referrals
When someone signs up with your link and makes their first payment, your account gets free days (the number is shown on your dashboard). Rewards gained by creating accounts for yourself can be removed.
Privacy: what we store
This applies to the website, the desktop app, the Chrome extension and the phone app.
- Your account: email, an optional name and your password, stored only as a secure scrypt hash, never in readable form.
- Your plan: plan, monthly or yearly, where you paid, start and end dates, and the history of changes, from the payment provider's messages.
- App activity, only when you're signed in to the app: your snipes and sales (card id, card name, rating, price paid, sale price, times, platform), cards bought for SBCs and the Gallery, SBCs completed, a short summary of each session, and safety alerts. This is what your dashboard and phone app show.
- Live status, while the app is signed in: whether it is running, searches, buys and estimated profit for the current session, so your dashboard and phone can show it and stop it. Kept for 10 minutes.
- Signed-in apps: a name for each app you sign in with and when it was last used. You can sign any of them out on your dashboard.
- Phone notifications, only if you turn them on: the notification address your browser gives us and which alerts you chose. No phone number.
- Support messages you send us, with your email address.
- Anonymous prices, only while Safety → "Share anonymous prices" is on: card id, prices seen, time, platform and a random install id. Not linked to your account or EA account.
- We never ask for or store your EA password or EA account details. The extension and desktop app work inside the EA FC Web App page on your computer; they read the market and your club there to do their job, and only what's listed above leaves your computer.
We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. A session cookie keeps you logged in. It is necessary for the site to work and isn't used for tracking. Emails (confirmation, password reset, account and support emails) are sent through our email provider (SendGrid). Payments are handled by the payment provider you pay with. You can download everything we hold about you (Dashboard → Account → Download my data) and delete your account and all its data at any time (Account → Delete account).
If you choose "Show my best snipes on the homepage", only the card, prices and profit are shown, never your name or email.
